General terms
I reserve the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to cancel, decline, or refund a commission for any reason.Refunds are not permitted if I have already begin work on the commission.Refunds may only be issued if you notify me prior to start of work.I retain all rights to the commission, which allow for self promotion or use as portfolio examples. If requested I will withhold from posting. The art is personal use only.Do not edit, alter, or trace any part of the commission.Commissions are not to resold for monetary profit in any way or used for commercial use unless otherwise discussed prior.Commercial use or use of artwork on monetized platforms ( youtube, twitch, etc. ) have an additional agreed-upon fee. Regardless of acquiring commercial rights, credit for the use of commissioned artwork is required.Do not use any commission, whether it is finished-work or work-in-progress to train AI image generators. Using commissions as NFTs are also prohibited.More detailed commissions will require additional fees (including backgrounds, additional characters, props, complex designs, etc.), to be defined and agreed upon prior to the start of work.The completion of commissions is up to my discretion unless a hard deadline is requested.
Additional Information
More complex commissions may take more time. My completion time of commissions varies. I will notify you of any delays.Completed work will be delivered either through Google Drive or email. Otherwise, it is commissioner's responsibility to back-up the commission.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal in USD, only.Payment for commissions must be upfront. An invoice will be sent from me.If full payment has not been sent within 10 days of receiving the invoice, the commission will be canceled/refunded.The commissioner may request minor changes/tweaks. Major changes will come at an additional charge.

Submit your request through the Commission Form.
Failure to abide by these terms will deny you any further communication or receiving any more artwork from me. The rights I have given you, personal, or commercial, will be revoked.
